November: Negroni

The Negroni is a bold, bittersweet classic cocktail that perfectly balances herbal gin, rich vermouth, and the signature bitter punch of Campari. It is a sophisticated sip for any time you want to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 5ml preferred gin

  • 25ml sweet vermouth

  • 25ml Campari

  • Expressed orange peel

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Pour in 5ml gin, 25ml sweet vermouth, and 25ml Campari.

  3. Stir gently until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  5. Express an orange peel over the glass to release the oils, then drop it in as garnish.
